Kevin P. Clements (1946–) is professor of Peace and Conflict Studies and founding director of the National Centre for Peace and Conflict Studies at the University of Otago, New Zealand. He served as secretary general of the International Peace Research Association and of International Alert. He was formerly professor and director of the Institute for Conflict Analysis and Resolution at George Mason University, USA, and professor of peace and conflict studies and foundation director of the Australian Centre for Peace and Conflict Studies at the University of Queensland. In 2017, he was appointed director of the Toda Peace Institute. He has been an advisor to governments on conflict and security issues and is author or editor of seven books.
